Sayyid Muhammad Riza's complaint about rent, 1917
Claim by Sayyid Muhammad Riza Zari‘ [the farmer], son of the late Sayyid Haydar ‘Ali, against ‘Abd al-Husayn and ‘Abd al-Ghaffar, sons of the late Abu al-Qasim Tajir [the merchant] from Dihdasht, regarding a property, from which ‘Abd al-Ghaffar gets two-sixths, and ‘Abd al-Husayn gets four-sixths of its rent. ‘Abd al-Husayn states that half of his share is his own, one-fourth of it is ‘Abd al-Ghaffar's, one-eighth his mother's, and the other one-eighth is his sister's.

Letter regarding Mirza Khalil's debt, 1910
Letter from I‘timad al-Islam to Haj Mirza Khalil asking him to return the ownership of several stores and the rent of a flower garden (for eighty-two tumans); based on a former settlement, they were transferred to Haj Aqa Buzurg from his deceased wife, but now are in possession of Haj Mirza Khalil. Another letter asks Haj Mirza Khalil to pay eighty-four tumans as the share of the inheritors.

Documents related to Nasir al-Mamalik's properties, 1914-1927
The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Another settlement, between Zaman al-Mulk and Nasir al-Mamalik, is about Zaman Bayg's property. On the margin, Khavar Khanum and her brother have acknowledged the correctness of the settlement. Some of the documents are payment receipts of Nasir al-Mamalik's taxes to the Tax Office in either money or crops such as wheat, barley, and straw. Regarding Anis al-Dawlah's complaint, 1914 to 1915
Correspondence of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Interior, and the Treasury General regarding Anis al-Dawlah's complaint about usurpation of parts of her property in Hisar Zirak village in Shahriyar by the tenants of the Firdaws village. The investigation by Yahya Mushavir al-Ra‘aya of Shahriyar's Finance Department concludes that the claim was made once before by the previous owner, Shahzadah Amir A‘zam, and the government had voted against him at the time.
